Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by The Home Depot Store Support, Inc., located at 2455 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, GA 30339 (“Sponsor”).

Promotion Period: This Promotion begins on May 4, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time and concludes on July 8, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time or until supplies last (“Promotion Purchase Period”).

Eligibility: Participation in the Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands who are of the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of participation. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligible Products: Only the following Makita® products (each, an “Eligible SKU”) qualify for this Promotion:

All other Makita® products, SKUs, accessories, and bundles are not eligible for this Promotion.

How to Qualify: To qualify, a participant must purchase at least one (1) Eligible SKU during the Promotion Purchase Period. Eligible purchases must be made at a participating Home Depot® retail store or online at www.homedepot.com. Each Eligible SKU must appear on a valid sales receipt.

Gift Details: Eligible participants who submit a valid redemption request will receive one (1) adidas® FIFA World Cup 2026™ Host Nations Scarf (“Gift”) per qualifying SKU, while supplies last.

Redemption requests that are incomplete, illegible, submitted after the redemption deadline, or do not correspond to an Eligible SKU will not be honored. Fulfillment: Gifts will be fulfilled on a weekly basis. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks from receipt of a valid redemption request for delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected submissions. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to change or modify, suspend, or cancel this offer without prior notice. Theft, diversion, reproduction, sale, or purchase of redemption materials or receipts is prohibited. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will result in disqualification and may be referred for prosecution. All redemption requests and materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to deny redemption requests if the qualifying product is returned, refunded, or exchanged, or if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has engaged in excessive returns, abusive redemption activity, or conduct intended to circumvent the intent of this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to limit multiple redemptions to a single household and to disqualify any redemption requests that exceed stated limits or appear to be submitted for the purpose of circumventing the Promotion rules. Participation in this Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designated parties to use participants’ name and likeness for promotion, advertising and publicity purposes at no additional compensation. Where permitted by law, participants agree to grant Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed including but not limited to the World Wide Web at any time or times, each participant’s name, portrait, picture, voice likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without review, notification or approval. By participating in the Promotion, participants waive the right to assert as a cost of accepting the Gift any and all costs associated with redemption or travel related to redemption. Participants further release Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and advertising and promotion agencies from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of the awarding, receipt, possession, use, misuse of the Gift, or participation in the Promotion. The Gift is provided “as is” without warranty, express or implied. No mail‑in redemption permitted. Participants will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state or local taxes. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
